David Sorensen

David P. Sorensen, 92, of Stacy, formerly of White Bear Lake, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2023. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Leonard, Earl, and Myrle; and first wife, Mary Lou. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly; children, NaDene (Soco) and Brad; grandchildren, Jacob, Nicholas, and Hailey; great grandson Warren; and other family and friends.

David was a lifelong and dedicated employee of 3M with over 45 years spent with them, spending his time there as a chemist, he retired in the position of the Director of Corporate Technology Planning. Outside of that, he loved hunting at his cabin in Floodwood, fishing in Canada, and traveling with family. He would make sure he attended every one of his kids and grandkids sporting events and enjoyed going out for dinners going out to dinners with friends and family. He will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30 PM on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake, with visitation from 5 PM until the time of the service.
