David Cory "Dave" Reedy

David Cory Reedy Age 51 of Hugo, Formerly of White Bear Lake Dave was born on October 6, 1965. He was one of twelve children to LaVonne and Hank Reedy. He married the love of his life, Jennifer McGlone on May 11, 1996. They have two beautiful daughters together, Cora and Kayla. There are three things that Dave loved more than anything, his family, sports, and politics. He was very proud of his two daughters and always went to watch them play softball, volleyball, diving, and track. His nephews were able to play the men’s sports that he loved and he would brag about them playing basketball and baseball. He was an avid fan of the Vikings, Twins, and Gophers. During football season, he always had a fantasy football team. He was an excellent Blackjack player and taught the girls how to play. If there was a documentary, Dave would be watching it and he knew everything to be known about the mafia and gangsters. He was a very outgoing and social person. All who knew him, knew how much he loved he enjoyed talking for hours on the phone to friends and family. He was extremely passionate about music and particularly loved Lynyrd Skynyrd. Dave passed away unexpectedly on October 13, 2016. He is preceded in death by his son, Jacob David Reedy. He will be dearly missed by his devoted wife, Jennifer Reedy of Hugo; his beloved daughters, Cora Reedy (age 19) and Kayla Reedy (age 17); his parents, Hank and LaVonne Reedy; five brothers and six sisters; many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. There will be a gathering for friends and family from 3:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake with a sharing of memories at 6:00 PM. There will be a second visitation from 10:00-11:00 AM on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Avenue with the Mass beginning at 11:00 AM.
