Garrity, Daniel B. Devoted Husband. Beloved Father , Grandfather and Brother. Man of faith. Gentleman. His familiar and easy-going manner endeared him to all he met. Preceded in death by parents, Robert and Marion. Survived by wife of 45 years, Karen; children, Cassie, Brian (Teresa), Shannon, Cullen (Jenny); 3 grandchildren, Maddie, Ellie, Jeylen; nine brothers and sisters, Tim, Peggy, Bridget (Lee), Kevin (Judy), Sheila, Maura, Katie, Mike, Brendan (Lisa); uncle, Dr. Mike (Mary Ann) Garrity; and by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Nativity of Mary Catholic Church, 9900 Lyndale Avenue South, Bloomington. Visitation 5-8 PM Monday at Mueller Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul and also one hour prior to the Mass on Tuesday at the church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Sharing and Caring Hands and VEAP.
