Passed away peacefully with family by her side, on June 11, 2024 at the age of 70 years. Preceded in death by her husband Gary and father Robert McNulty. Survived by her children Ryan Phippen (Chelsea) & Amanda Emenecker (Ryan); grandsons & best friends Mason & William; mother Dolores McNulty; brothers Greg & Mark McNulty and other relatives & friends. Connie dedicated over 22 years to Mounds View High School, much of that time supporting students with special needs. Gathering Tuesday, June 18, 2024 from 3:00-6:00 pm with a service at 4:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake.
