Passed away April 8, 2017 at Our Lady of Peace Hospice. Born April 30, 1945 to parents Reinhold and Emma (Neubarth) Lampe of Arlington, MN. Proceeded in death by parents and three sisters; Darlene, Karen (Arlyn) Boll and Eleanor (John) Paulmann. Survived by sister, Janice (Ronald) Renneke of Fulda, MN, twin sister Charlene Thoemke of Roseville, MN, and many nieces, nephews, cousins. A University of MN-TC graduate. Retired in 2010 from the 3M Corporation after 34 years. Was 3Mâs Princess representative to the St. Paul Winter Carnival, and crowned its 1971 âQueen of the Snows.â She continued her Winter Carnival affiliation and membership with the Former Queensâ organization.
Golf was her passion, she enjoyed singing with the â3M Music Makers,â traveling, snowshoeing, reading, and volunteering, but family was her first love. Visitation 4-8PM FRIDAY, APRIL 21 AT MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. Funeral service SATURDAY, APRIL 22 at Christ Lutheran Church, 2475 â 17th Ave E., North St. Paul, MN, 55109 at 11AM with visitation one hour prior to service. Luncheon immediately following service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Christ Lutheran Church or Our Lady of Peace, 2076 St. Anthony Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104 or donorsâ preference. The family wishes to acknowledge St. John's Cancer Care Ctr, Health East Hospice and Our Lady of Peace Hospice for the care Charlotte received.
