Catherine Olson

Catherine (nee Engelking) Olson, 84, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2021. She was preceded in death by husband, Harvey Olson Jr.; and parents, Ernest and Catherine Engelking. Survived by son, Joseph (Tina) Olson; granddaughter, Abigail Olson; brother, James (Carol) Engelking; nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Catherine retired in 1992 after 15 years in human resources for the Tartan Park Golf Course owned by 3M. She was an avid and amazing cook and baker. When she previously owned her cabin in Siren, WI she enjoyed spending time there, birthday parties and time spent with friends, and mostly she loved being with her family. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM to 11 AM on Friday, March 26 at Mueller Memorial- St. Paul, 835 Johnson Parkway. Private family mass to be held at St. Pascal Baylon Catholic Church. Interment at Union Cemetery in Maplewood.
