Brent E. Olson

BRENT EDWARD OLSON Age 65 of White Bear Lake and formerly of Duluth. Joined heaven on May 5, 2015. More than anything, Brent loved spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and all those he loved. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed camping. Brent attended the University of Minnesota - Duluth and was a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. He was a proud US Navy Veteran. Brent was a very active member of St. Mary of the Lake Church. He is preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Olson (nee Oss); and his step-mother, Carol Olson. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 45 years, Christine (nee Boston); his daughters, Shanna (Jon) McIntosh and Breanna Olson; his granddaughters, Marissa McIntosh and Skylar McIntosh; father, Robert Olson; siblings, David (Dianne) Olson and Claurice (Bill) Fairchild; many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Visitation 4-8PM on Monday, May 11, 2015 and Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30AM on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 both at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake. There will be a second visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church. Interment to immediately follow Mass at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association – MN-ND Chapter or to Survivor Resources affiliated with assisting the 35W bridge collapse survivors.
