Bill Warnecke Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on August 6, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Mike and Cheech Cairl; and brother, Billy Ray. Survived by beloved wife, Cecelia (née Reese); children, Billy (George) and Heather (Rob); siblings, Jimmy (Nina) Cairl, Misty Tubbs, Darcy (Mark) Cairl, and Clark Cairl; special brother, Michael J.; and many dear nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation 4-6 PM with a Celebration of Bill’s Life at 6 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Pkwy., St. Paul. A reception will follow at the funeral home.
