Barbara Joan Rusch Truso

Barbara Joan Truso (Rusch) Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother Dedicated volunteer and adult education teacher of St. Paul, died peacefully on December 6, 2014. Preceded in death by twin, Bernice M., parents Joseph A. Rusch, Sr. and Marion C. (Straka), sister MaryAnne Blommel, brother Jerome A. Rusch. Survived by husband of 58 years, Francis E. Truso, children Mark (Carla), Stephen (Annette), Marie, Paul (Sarah), ‘adopted son’ Hein Lam (Annette), brother Joseph A. (Dona) Rusch, Jr. and sister Joanne M. (Eddie) Cary, brother-in-law Robert Blommel; grandchildren Michael, Katherine, Christopher (Nicole), Nicholas (Taylor), Gregory (Holly), Stevanna, Samantha, Sophia and Abigail, great-grandchildren Julia and Emma; many beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation 4:00 - 8:00 pm on Thursday (12/18) at Mueller Memorial on the Parkway, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to Mass on Friday (12/19) at The Church of St. Michael, 611 S. Third Street, Stillwater. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials to Birthright of St. Paul, Pillars Hospice, or charity of donor’s choice.
