Age 90 of Maplewood. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on February 16, 2012. Survived by beloved husband, Angelo Tuccitto; children, Louie (Kim), Jerry, James, John; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, George, Bill, Louie, Peter, Frank, Joe; sisters, Olivia, Mary; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by daughter, Margaret Thorpe; daughter-in-law, Rita Tuccitto; great-granddaughter, Maggie Grace Barber; sister, Margaret; brothers, Henry, Rueben, Mike, Charlie, and Robert. Aurora was a strong and loving women who worked hard her whole life. Deeply enriched in her faith and family. God above all. Mom was the ultimate caregiver, always putting everyone else first. She had a heart of gold. Her only fault was not knowing how to say “no”. She taught us so much. We will miss her deeply. We will see her again. And yes mom, we will say our prayers and be good to each other. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Friday, February 24, 2012 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 2119 Stillwater Ave. E., St. Paul. Visitation will be from 9-11 AM Friday at the church prior to Mass. Interment Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
