ARTA ANNE "SIS" LARSON (nee Westphall) Of White Bear Lake 1/30/1936 to 9/4/2014 Preceded in death by parents, Everett and Julia (Thiering); daughter, Laurie; twin brother, Arthur "Bud"; and brother, John. Survived by husband of 58 yrs, Clarence; sons, Thomas (Georgina), Steven (Judy), Jeffrey (Sarah) and Jon (Elizabeth); daughters, Pamela and Denise (Thomas Kepple); brothers, William (Mary Lou) and Cecil; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Visitation from 4-8PM on Friday, September 12, 2014 at Mueller Memorial Lake, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake. Mass of Christian Burial 10AM on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4690 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake with second visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church. Private interment. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge of Rochester.
