Arlene Lukin

Arlene H. Lukin, 94, of Maplewood, died peacefully on Saturday, March 22, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore; and siblings, Elder, Adena, and Willard. She is survived by her sons, Steve (Kathy), Mike (Ann), and Rob (Sylvia); grandchildren, Torrie (Chris), Alisha (Tom), Cassie (Keith), Heidi (Delton), Bridget (Theodore), Travis (Taylor), Trent, Garret (Madie), and Hannah (Brett); and great grandchildren, Kayden, Logan,Leila, Owen, Luca, Kane, Josephina, Brennan, Theodore, Olive, Colby, Hale, Cannon, Mackenna, Matilda, and Brooklyn.

Arlene was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandma and great grandma. She was an avid baker and cook. She enjoyed gardening, camping and being outdoors. She was a cub scout leader for many years. She also was an accomplished sewer, making a homemade quilt for each new grandchild. Arlene was a servant of Christ and had committed her life to faith. She also was very active in her church in many of the women's fellowship groups. Most of all- she loved to spend time with her close friends and attending all of the grandkids' sporting events.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Monday, April 7 at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi, MN 55115; with visitation an hour prior at the church and from 6-8 PM on Sunday, April 6 at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. Interment to follow the funeral service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the memory care unit at Harmony Gardens in Maplewood or to St. Andrew's Lutheran Church.
