Passed away peacefully on June 21, 2019. Worked her entire career as a transcriber for West Publishing Company in St. Paul, MN. She was a very gracious lady who always thought of others and loved to give presents. She spent her free time gardening, sewing, crocheting, cooking, and baking. She was a keen shopper who could find a good bargain. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. We would like to thank the staff at Good Samaritan Maplewood and Healtheast Cancer Center and Hospice for their wonderful care. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, John; parents, Frank and Rose Sciacca; and by sister, Carmella Tallarico. Survived by children; Rosanne (Keith) Sorenson, Anita (Darrell) Oie; grandchildren, Daniel (Andrea), Mark, James (Lyndel), Kathryn (fiance, Eli Gonzalez) Sorenson, Kevin (fiance, Emily Cook) Oie and Gina (Andrew) Palmer; great-grandchildren; Natalie, Aidan, Lucas, and William Sorenson, and Everly Palmer; great-grand dog Amos; brother-in-law, James Frascone, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Monday, July 1, 2019 at Transfiguration Catholic Church, 6133 15th St. N. Oakdale. Visitation 4-7 PM Sunday, June 30 at Mueller Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Parkway and also one hour prior to the time of the Mass at church on Monday, July 1, 2019. Interment Union Cemetery, Maplewood.
