Condolence: I've been thinking about a tribute to share for a few days now. After realizing I could speak volumes I needed to decide before this opportunity would go by. I admired his love and commitment to family and his undying and enduring spirit. I applauded that he became such a creative "chef" and liked trying new things.

I will miss his warm and generous hospitality, beaming smile and quick wit.

On the one year anniversary of my husband Bill's passing, Britny gave me a jar of encouraging sayings. In that jar was a saying by Vince Lombardi which I think Brian must have lived by:
"It does not matter how many times you get knocked down, but how many times you get up."

He certainly had his share of being knocked down but his resilience gave me pause.
